okay so i just bought this vitamin
called nature's bounty biotin 1000 mcg
okay it says that is
promotes carbohydrate,protein & fat
metabolism*
then it says
found in Foods such as otameal and soy, biotin, a water soluble B vitamin, assists in energy metabolism in cells*
biotin is essential for the intermediate metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Biotin also helps to support Healthy skin and hair.
okay so what does all of this mean?
like the part where it says
promotes carbs, protein and fat, metabolism????help please?
will this vitamin make me retain water?
gain weight?
answer all questions please im super confused!
also what does water soluble mean?
Simply put it is a B6 vitamin, water soluble means any extra
will be excreted. It does help your body to use up carbs proteins and fats.
