How I try to be Healthy, haha. I'm 5'8.5", 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I'm trying to lose a few more lbs. Tips: - Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system - Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning - Spread out Meals into 6 small meals a day - No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner - No eating 4 hours before bed time - Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories - Dinner should be the smallest meal - Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I'm trying to lose weight - You don't need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around - Exercise Foods in my regular diet: Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, green tea, dark chocolate, tuna Foods I never/rarely eat: Juices (bottled), soda, artificial Drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread My favorite foods: Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs My weight loss story: www.fuzkittie.com Music: Mika's Song by Yiruma Intro: Rainism by Rain

In her defense, it’s not hard to eat under 1000 calories without thinking twice. Before I began trying to lose weight, I started counting my calories and realized that I was under-eating. It was hard for me to hit 1200 daily, especially when I’m in the house most of the time. I could eat a footlong subway sandwich, 2 bowls of cereal and 2 single serving bags of chips and still not hit 1000.

Dinner is my largest meal XD

Life’s too short for Dieting. Everything in moderation is the key, 1000 cals or under per day is detrimental to your health as not onl are you not getting enough calories you will also be missing out on nutrients due to lack of food.

@MyImaginationsDesign maybe you mean 2000. a bowl of cereal is really 2 servings of cereal + milk X’s 2 + chips + footlong??? this isnt adding up

  • MyImaginationsDesign

@DaCheller Well a footlong Turkey on wheat, which is what I usually used to get, that’s 570, Two bags of UTZ chips are about 150 each and the Kashi cereal that I eat is about 70 calories for 1 cup (8 ounces) , which is enough for one serving for me, so 2 bowls of cereal, 1 cup each, is 140 plus nonfat milk for both bowls, 50 calories of milk for one bowl 50 calories of milk for the other. So all together, that one day is about 1110 calories. If Im sitting around alot it’s not hard to under eat.

@MyImaginationsDesign it’s a tad over 1000, but it’s still under the daily recommended caloric intake for women which is 1200/ I guess that’s why some people’s bodies go into starvation mode when they under eat/ they stay fat and wonder why their efforts at trying to eat less don’t work. I had to find this out the hard way :/

yikes..I’m 5′8″ and I weigh 135, I would love to weigh 120 but for some reason when I get down below 130 look like skeletor with boobs and an ass. I think you are very thin now.

why do you only take your coffee with cream? is there some health benefit to it or is it just a taste preference?

  • ooxena

This is really random, but I like the way you talk lol. It’s so cute!!! :D
Btw I eat really similar to the way you eat. Except I’m like 4 inches shorter. Unfortunately, I’m at culinary camp and gained a few pounds. I’m usually around 110 but… yeah. But hopefully I’ll be able to go back to my regular diet and lose it. =)
